Computer-use agent for hotel software

$60/yrper property, versus $5,000 to $10,000 per vendor integration

Pulled reservations out of hotel software that has no API: 50 records and 0 warnings on a live Apaleo test account, then a live inn's arrivals exported from ResNexus.

Problem
Small hotels run property-management systems with no usable API. Each vendor integration cost $5,000 to $10,000 and took months.
Built
An agent that logs in and works the interface the way a person would. One generic engine plus a short "recipe" per system, so a new PMS takes about two weeks instead of months.

Sold the platform founder-led to independent hotels. South Shire Inn, a 9-room boutique inn, went live. Raised $118k; pre-seed at a $1.8M post-money valuation.

Verified end to end on a live test call in 06/2026: caller recognized, order placed, charge and request written to the database. Built for prospect demos, never deployed to guests.

An ElevenLabs voice agent on a Twilio number that identifies callers by caller ID and handles room service, charges, requests, wake-up calls and property info. A companion skill turns a prospect's website into a branded demo of their own hotel.

A dialer and CRM built for SelfServe's cold-calling of small inns, then used for its real outbound calls to hotels.

In-browser calling with recordings and transcripts, scripts with drop-off tracing, pipeline stages, tasks and outcome-triggered playbooks. Claude connects through a 42-tool MCP connector to write end-of-day summaries and review calls, acting only as the signed-in user.

JobHunt

ProjectAI job-search system

~60tools on its own MCP server, backed by 180 tests

Runs my own search, with hard limits enforced by the server, not the prompt: it never submits an application, never sends a message, and never claims anything outside an evidence bank of verified facts. This page was checked against it.

Built
A weighted role-scoring model, a status pipeline and dashboard, four scheduled Claude runs and four custom skills, on Cloudflare Workers.

How I work

Spec first, then agents, then testing against the real system.

Across JobHunt, Callsheet and PriMed I have built three MCP servers that give Claude 126 tools to work with. I write the spec, direct AI coding agents to build it, and review and test what they produce. The hard part is rarely the first demo. It is getting an agent to run reliably every time and recover from popups, timeouts, logouts and bad states without a person stepping in.

Claude and Claude Code, MCP, Anthropic SDK, ElevenLabs Agents, Playwright, Supabase, Twilio, Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel and financial modeling. Python at a working level, AI-assisted.
